Result Settlement

9xfil uses official results from the relevant sports authorities to settle bets. In the event of any dispute, 9xfil's decision is final. Winnings are generally credited to your account within 30 minutes of the result being announced.

6. Bonus & Promotion Terms

9xfil regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which must be read before claiming. By claiming a bonus, you are considered to have agreed to the relevant terms.

General Bonus Terms

• To withdraw a bonus, you must meet the specified wagering requirement — typically 10–30x the bonus amount.

8. Account Closure & Suspension

9xfil reserves the right to close or suspend any account without prior notice in the following circumstances.

2. In cases where false or misleading information has been provided.
3. In cases of failure to verify age.
4. In cases of suspicious or fraudulent activity.
5. When required by a court order or government directive.
